TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read this carefully. When ordering and paying for a commission, I assume that you have read and accepted these conditions.
I know is a lot of information but is important to avoid any misunderstandings! Thank you <3

PAYMENT

  • Payment is taken upfront in USD through PayPal. I will be sending the invoice to the email you’ve provided. If you’re from Ecuador, payment can be made through wire transfer.

  • Payment MUST be made within 48 hours (2 days) after I send the invoice. I can make an exception if you’re or want to be on the waitlist. Always feel free to ask me. *

  • You can choose if you want to pay 50/50, half of the price first and the other half when I deliver the sketch or make a full prepayment. If your commission is below the $60 it can only be full prepayment.

* I will accept partial or delayed payments ONLY if a specific reason and timeframe is given.

TAT AND GENERAL

  • All the art sold is for personal use only.

  • For commercial and merchandising use contact me for further discussions.

  • I only start to work after the payment is done.

  • The sketch is usually sent within 2 days after the payment is done.

  • Drawings might take from 5 to 10 days to be finished. *

  • You have a maximum of 3 major changes of the sketch. I won’t accept more than that. **

  • Major changes are accepted only for sketches. After that, I will only accept changes for minor details like color details and stuff.

  • No refunds. ***

  • I DO NOT allow to sell my art as Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or use as any cryptocurrency. I've never allowed my art or commissions to be used as NFT. If you see something like this, please report it to me immediately.

  • DO NOT use my art for any training AI program or AI generation.

* Drawings might take more time depending on the complexity.

** I can accept doing more major changes for an additional fee.

*** Once I have started the sketch, I won't be sending refunds, so think carefully before ordering.

Anonymous commissions: For the commodity of the customer you can choose this option, this means that I am not allowed to post the full picture of your commission on my social media. I CAN publish a small part of it (like the face, etc.) to promote it but I will not post it in full.

ANONYMOUS COMMISSIONS

  • For the commodity of the customer, you can ask for an Anonymous Commission. This means that I’m not allowed to post the full picture of your commission on my social media. I CAN publish a small part of it to promote myself, but I will not post the full picture.

MORE INFORMATION

  • I reserve the right to cancel the commission in case the customer is being disrespectful, to the point that we can't no longer work together anymore.

  • If I cancel the commission due the previous reason, I will be doing a full refund immediately.

  • I usually send a WIP when the base color is done for you to check any color changes.

  • WIPS are sent with a big watermark just for protection.

  • DO NOT remove my watermark with my socials. If you do this, you will be banned from my list of customers.

  • If you've been put on the waitlist, it means I would like to do your commission but cannot start the process immediately due to workload. You reserve the right to reject being on the waitlist and cancel the order.

  • I keep a short waitlist in order not to keep customers waiting for too long. I’m aware that when someone asks for a commission and waits for a long time, they may change their mind and not want to order anymore, so please keep this in mind.

  • If I reject a commission, it means I will not complete your request. There might be several reasons for this, for example, I'm not comfortable drawing the character. Please don't be upset if I say no, I'm just trying to ensure a great situation where you don't waste your hard-earned cash and I don't waste my time making something we both won't like.

  • Once the commission is completed, it will be uploaded on my Google Drive, and I will provide the link to download it only to you.

  • Commissioner may post, upload, and use the commissioned piece in any way they want with the exceptions of commercial use. Credits to the artist preferred (obviously).

  • I, as the artist, reserve full rights of the artwork. I reserve the right to repost, and use created art in digital forms (except to anonymous commissions).
